Notary With Kamau™ collects only the information needed to provide notarial services, track referral attribution, and maintain required records. This includes your name, contact details, the document type, and the documents you submit for notarization.

Identity verification

Identity verification is performed through Proof. Identity-verification data collected during that process is handled by Proof under its own terms and is not stored in our referral or commission records.

Documents

Uploaded documents are transmitted to the notarization platform for the purpose of completing your transaction. Documents are not published, not publicly accessible, and not stored in our referral records.

Referral information

If you arrive through a partner referral link, a referral code is stored in your browser and attached to your request so the referring partner can be credited. Referral, commission, and payout records are restricted and are not publicly readable.

Analytics

We may measure non-sensitive usage events such as page views and button clicks. We do not send document contents or identity-verification data to analytics systems.
