Notary With Kamau™ provides notarial services as a Maryland commissioned notary public. Remote online notarization is available where permitted by applicable law and based on document and signer eligibility.

Eligibility
Service is subject to applicable law, jurisdiction, document eligibility, identity verification requirements, and transaction requirements. A session may be declined where requirements are not met.
Fees
Pricing reflects the applicable Notary With Kamau™ service fee. Statutory notarial fees and other charges are subject to applicable Maryland law and may vary by service, jurisdiction, document type, location, and transaction requirements. Complex packages may require a quote before service.
Partnership program
Participation in the 15% Partnership Program™ requires approval. Any benefit applies only to qualifying services, is validated server-side, and is not guaranteed income. Commission status advances only after the applicable qualifying event.
